- The prepaid card can be used at all ticket offices, in the shop, at the food and drink outlets, and also in the holiday village at Ravensburger Spieleland.
- A printed copy is not required. The barcode can be scanned at the entrance using a mobile device, either via a PDF or a wallet ticket.
- Any remaining balance can be refunded at the information desk before leaving the park, or you can simply use the prepaid card again on your next visit.
- The prepaid card can be topped up at any time at our INFO desk or online, and can therefore be used indefinitely.
- The prepaid card is transferable and can only be used at Ravensburger Spieleland.
